Singapore Red Cross

I volunteer with the Singapore Red Cross, supporting companionship, feeding assistance, and meaningful engagement activities for differently-abled residents at the Red Cross Home for the Disabled. I have also initiated and hosted fundraising campaigns on Giving.sg, Singapore’s national giving platform, to support community and humanitarian causes.

Beyond volunteering, I am interested in how AI can strengthen social impact: improving volunteer engagement, making community support more personalized, and helping humanitarian organizations operate more effectively. Recently, I submitted a proposal on using AI to improve volunteer engagement at the Singapore Red Cross.

This experience has deepened my commitment to contributing to Singapore society beyond technical work. It has also reminded me that good technology should ultimately serve people with patience, dignity, and care.

I am also a qualified AED and CPR provider trained by the Singapore Red Cross Society.
